Gunsngear has a good point.

Fuckin' hell.....

Some guy is trying to talk for 10 minutes about how @TheGerman makes the poors uncomfortable which leads to the poors not being able to defend themselves?

Maybe those poors should grow the fuck up and think for themselves.

He half way has a point, and half way is missing the point.

Do you NEED a KAC gun? (well, lol yes, but no). Weapons and equipment are tools. It all depends on how much you need to rely on it, what performance you need it to achieve and what it needs to be able to hold up to as far as durability.

No different from the guy wrenching on vehicles all day; you CAN use the cheapest made in china pot metal driver out there, but if you do this long enough, you quickly find out a ton of reasons as to why it can be 'good enough' until it isn't. Weapons are the same; the guy who takes 3 shots for deer season every year and doesn't shoot until the next year probably doesn't need an AX AI or S&B optic or PLRF15c. People who train and rely on their weapons to work when they are needed are playing a game of probability and get a higher chance of success as far as function/sustained durability with more quality weapons and parts (for the most part, see diminishing returns).

Ironically, a lot of budget minded 'good enough' mentality people end up actually spending more in the long run because they get set against spending the money for the quality tool and keep making excuses for buying the cheap shit over and over after it fails.

I don't feel bad for anyone who says they cant afford stuff. You're lying to yourself. Look at all the cheap and stupid bullshit you throw money away on in a given month and just stop it. You'll be able to afford the quality shit if you do.

Poor people are poor for a reason.

???????????

Buy once cry once is real. I may not always buy the best Gucci shit, but I always buy the best gear I can. Nothing pleases more than listening to someone brag about how little they paid for something and laugh at how much I paid and I get to watch i5bfail ove4 and over and over. Meanwhile I’m just over ranging shit at 2k and getting consistent 1 round hits at distance. I don’t belittle anyone for what they make or much money they have, but the cheap shit just does not work or will not work for the long haul. It will eventually fail.

The most common advice here has always been “Buy the best you can afford.” I’ve never seen the recommendation to run irons versus a 10x SWFA.

This guy’s problem is he’s doing all his promotion through FB, YT, IG, and all the other bullshit anti gun sites. I say to him go be a fucking hypocrite somewhere else.

You guys suck. He is trying to create a path for new/poor guys to get into the gun scene. Why do we have to be our own worst enemy ? Life is not perfect, and neither are we in our path to owning our custom bazookas.

That hi-point purchase may make him realize not to be scraping the bottom of the barrel in firearms purchases. Stop being so dam destructive. When is the last time any of you took time to do something like this ?

meh, I know someone with a hi point .45. it's never failed to fire anything thrown at it. steel case included. in the event you run out of ammo, it becomes a 7 pound projectile that's hard to take.

Do you understand how stupid that statement is? Poor people are poor because they make unbelievably stupid financial and life decisions. They are poor because they chose to be. They are poor because they pack their grocery cart with soda and processed foods instead of drinking water from the fucking tap and buying staples and properly cooking them. They are poor because they smoke cigarettes and cheap ass beer instead of saving. They are poor because they blew off school to be football jocks and are now washed out athletes trying to survive on $10/hr shit jobs. They are poor because they choose to drive a truck that burns $100 in fuel a week instead of a small car that will go the same distance for $25.

Who the fuck cares why people like that can't afford nice guns?

Thr cycle of poverty is very real and hard to break out of. Thankfully the internet has all the answers but it is full of bs too. The more credible information we can give to the people, the better the choices they can make for themselves.
