Thank you for the offer for the BC and MV. I have a question regarding the dope for drop and wind. Lets say we spot a deer out on the hillside hunting. I laser the deer to give me a shooting solution and it tells me 17 moa. Now does it tell me what to dial or hold in moa per 5mph with that same one touch shot, or do i have to scroll through a seperate menu afterwards to find my wind? </div></div>
There are 4 buttons on the rangefinder.
Two smaller ones on the left side, 'up' arrow and 'down' arrow
Two in the center, one big 'Fire the Friggin Laser' and one medium 'mode' button.
When you are in normal use, the mode flips between near/far like the ARC and a lot of other rangefinders, and also has a 'continuous' mode.
Fire the laser, of course, fires the laser.
Using a BC profile, you fire the laser. You get back the range, and about 1 sec later, the display gives you your drop in MOA or a shoot to distance for BDC turrets.
At that point, you can push 'up' or 'down' (single button press) to move your wind from 5/10/15/20.
So it's not another menu, but it is another single button press. If you are using the rangefinder with two hands to hold steady, the buttons are in a natural position.
