H 50BMG powder in a 338 Edge?

Yep, I tried it, accuracy was OK but I couldn't get the velocity that Retumbo,H-1000, and US 869 produces.

I am using H-1000 now with lots of empty space in the case - just was wondering if a powder as slow as 50BMG would help. By the way I am also using 300 SMK bullets. Thanks for the replies..
