1. Has anyone found other higher end brands that offer their scopes with this reticle?

2a. Is it worth the 1500?
3. Bushnell HDMR 3.5-21x50 w/ H59 vs. Leupold Mark 4 6.5-20x50 w/ either H27 or H38?
I understand the answer is most likely shooter pref, but would like some opinion / experience on this before I dish out big cash.

Enamored with the Horus concept I too have been seeking opinions and scouring the internet.
First, so far after a month of inquiries, the consensus opinion is that some people like the Horus system, but most competitors do not like the busy Horus reticles and instead prefer dialing in their come ups. Suum cuique.
Second, what is available with Horus reticles outside of Horus and Bushnell:

Lastly, my relatively inexperienced opinion (many years in other shooting disciplines, mostly T3G, but very new to LR/XLR). My Bushnell HDMR 3.5-21x50mm with H59 is only 2 weeks old. It is definitely worth $1,500+ (to me) and I like it... BUT... at twilight I found myself wondering if it was worth an extra $1,000 (Nightforce) to $3,000 (Schmidt and Bender) for illumination. Also, against the busy rocky hillside (no forest here in the desert) 800 yds. away, I wondered if I will still love the Horus concept a year from now.
Maybe we are lucky to try the concept using a good, but much less expensive scope, the Bushnell HDMR. Imagine spending $4,500 and later discovering you held the consensus opinion.
Meanwhile I ordered the high end scope because I expect that illumination mitigates the twilight problem and moots the "busy reticle" criticism.
