Squib it before you give it .That's why IF I had to sell it back to .gov (if they weren't lost in a boating accident or buried), I would beat the piss out of the lowers so they couldn't build/assemble another rifle(s), so they could be used against my loved one's, or anyone else's for that matter or used in another cluster fuck known as "fast & furious", so that shit could come back over the border and do said things.
