To answer your email frank we are working on a "garden gnome elite" model that is 2 feet shorter so you should be able to reach the hole to try that one when it comes out, will keep you updated

too bad they didn't have one of those at Atlanta Reproductive Specialists when we were doing the whole fertility testing deal... they had one crappy fetish mag & some old VHS tapes but the vcr/tv was broken.

It does and it's heated too. One of the videos after the original one goes into all kinds of detail about it. The screen on top is for playing porn videos.

I can see a whole new business started up to support this with accessories: velcro kits to attach a set of of nice buns to simulate a nice turd-cutter, or maybe some wool liberally applied around the input location for those of us who are interested in animal husbandry.

Better cut the height in at least half and give it two legs instead of one, then ...
