I'm looking into buying a hard case with foam inserts. I have a remkngton 700 308 in a mcrees chassis folder. 20" barrel. Just looking for some options like a pelican or something else in same price range. Just wondering what others run. Would like for it to e able to lock and go on a plane. And rollers

Unless your flying with your rifle they really useless IMHO, but if you need a hard case get a Storm im3300 or Pelican 1750, Pelican makes both cases, the Storm have easier to use latches and the Pelican seal up better, both have lifetime warranties, Pelican is a tad cheaper, the Storm and newer Pelican rifle cases will stand up on end, this is really a nice thing for when your standing in line to check it in when flying.

I just picked up A BOYT from Sportsmans Warehouse for just under $200. It has an air check valve for flying and a rubber seal with metal latches and two spots for a padlock

Skb makes nice cases! My matthews rode in the back of the truck from Virginia to Maine uncovered/protected in a rain storm. When I got there it was completely dry inside and no poi change from all the beating and banging from the back roads and mountains.

I have a Pelican for my ar15 and sig p226 (1 case to fit both). I bought it for a trip to Montana. The case seems damn near indestructible. When flying with my firearms, I want the best protection possible, and these pelican cases seem bombproof.
