Has anyone used 100 Concepts scope caps?

For those of you that's used them, how did you like them?

I like the idea of them but I'm wondering if they would be a total pain to use with a scabbard like they have in an eberlestock pack? Also, would they be a nightmare to use with the neoprene scope protectors?

Totally seems like it would be, I'm kind of hoping you guys tell me it's fine lol.

I have them on a few scopes and I am a fan, especially if your rifle is used in the field often where dirt/dust intrusion is an issue. I keep one of the rifles in a bag most of the time but I have carried one in a scabbard pack and I didn't experience any issues with them. You set the tension of the bungees when you install them so their retention level is really up to you. I haven't used a neoprene scope cover over either of them as I don't find it necessary as an added level of protection on either of the rifles but depending on the size of the cover it should work just fine. For my western hunting bolt gun, which sees more pack time than any rifle, I don't run them on it. I only have them on AR style rifles that I use in the field.

Have a few sets of them, and I think they're pretty cool. I dislike most flip-up type scope covers, so got in the bad habit of running around with no covers, and I have had some detrimental effects due to that choice a few times. The 100 Concepts covers are low-profile, flip out of the way quickly, easy to move if needed, and won't pop off inadvertently as long as they're secured with a modicum of common sense.
I don't really use rifle scabbards or neoprene scope covers, so I can't comment on those use cases, but I have no problem with them coming off or snagging in cases, movement into and out of vehicles, or sling/hand carrying in the field.

Check Hammy3D Prints before you pay out the ass for 100Concepts.

I have a few 100Concepts caps on Modlites and my Razor 1-6. Holding up good but just way too expensive vs the tougher option that Hammy sells.

I just installed a set on one of my scopes, but haven’t been able to really use them. I like the concept, and they seem pretty robust.

I did have some issues with the sizing they recommend on their website not fitting (Vortex Strike Eagle 3-18x44), but they were great to work with to nail down the right sizes, including making a custom set (different sized cap and shock collar) and exchanging at no cost.

I agree that they’re probably overpriced, but I’d buy another set.
