Havak PH1/PH2 barrel?

Hiya folks, does anyone know if the RCB barrel on a Havak PH1 or PH2 is cut or button?

Been debating on a PH2 in 6.5PRC as a back up rifle but after sifting through various forums abroad, there seems to be a general pattern that barrels are being replaced due to poor accuracy (perceived based on story).

I have heard the barrels are twist fluted in house so I wonder how that process, if at all, may have potential effect on accuracy since completed after rifling regardless of method.

I have emailed Seekins but no reply yet.

Seekins told me the Rock Creek barrels they are using are button rifled.
