Having trouble identifying a tripod

Hey, I am having a bit of trouble identifying this tripod. Admittedly, I am more familar with IDing tripods for machine guns. I believe that this is a US Military tripod for spotting scopes or range finders. The FSCM/Cage # is OTJ78. There are also two other numbers (above)000105501 and (below) A.3187238. One of these two numbers could be a serial number but not sure. There is not a NSN stamped on the tripod anywhere.

My limited knowledge and crappy research skills lead me to believe that may be a tripod for an AN/PVS-6.

I have one too and was told it was from a PVS-6.
