Heights of Barracades

Hey guys I built a few barracades to practice on and was wondering if there is any sort of standard heights to use. its hard for me because i am 6'5" so i tend to build everything alittle to big for most.

also what pitch do most of the rooftop barracades have? mine is a 12/12 pitch. should i put actual roofing on it or is plywood ok?

yes you can see some of the haning steel in the backround, i practice at home with my suppressed 22lr. and yes i built a 7ft tall berm behind targets and i only shoot from 100yds but it is a subsonic 22 so still good practice.
