I've had this account for almost 4 years now, but never actually posted until just recently. So hello from Colorado!
I took a break from shooting (and reloading) for a few years, but now that I'm back to it, seeing snipershide appear in most of my google results brought me to the site so frequently that I figured I'd actively join into discussions.

I started shooting at a young age with a Savage .22, bought my first AR while in college, and then after college I could finally afford to pursue what I'm really interested in - precision shooting - so I picked up a 24'' Howa 1500 in 6.5 Creedmoor and a reloading setup.
I tend to shoot 1000-1200 yards when conditions are good, but Colorado wind can sometimes test my skills at those distances.

Oh nice! You're just a stones throw from me.
I am honestly just getting back into the swing of things after a long break, but I am definitely interested in shooting some matches when I am dialed back in, and have found a range I can practice match style shooting positions/stations. Any suggestions? I currently go to CMSC right next to Fort Carson, and practicing match shooting definitely wouldn't fly there.
