Hi and Welcome. I'm down here near St. Clairsville but there is quite a following of longrange shooters here in Ohio. Rayners Range near Cambridge/Zanesville is where most of us go with targets from 235 out thru 1037 yards and another place is Thunder Valley is a bit above Cambridge/Zanesville with targets out to 1 mile.

Rayners is done with matches now till January but does allow shooters to use the facility for $20.00/day. A call ahead of time is a good idea in case of hunting or special event.

I have longrange 22 rimfire matches here near St. Clairsville which is as challenging as the farther CF stuff but a lot cheaper thru the summer. Right by I-70.

Maybe see ya at Rayners next summer.

Ive been looking at checking out Southington hunt club as well. It may interest Topstrap and 308pirate

Oops, I forgot about that. Southington is definitely closer to the Cleveland area than TVP. Unfortunately, for the same reason it's almost a no-go for me unless it's a multi day event.

I live just north of Dayton so it's 3+ hrs each way to Southington.

Welcome from the Geauga Co. area. There is a lot of knowledge here that is shared.
