Can someone suggesst a good set or rings and/or one piece mount for mounting an Athlon Cronus BTR to a latest gen 6.5 creedmore rpr? The Athlon Cronus BTR has a 34mm tube and 56mm objective. I'm looking for a good solid ring(s) that is a good value and will not mark up the scope. I will also have butler creek or another type of cap on the scope so need room for them.

I'd love to hear of what other are using with the same scope and rifle.

I use Athlon and Vortex/Seekins PMR rings to mount my 34mm tubes with 56mm objectives. They can be found reasonably priced and have held the scopes perfectly on my 6.5 Creedmoors. My rifles don't have forward hand guards so the height requirements are probably different, but I've used the versions running just over 1" high on mine and have plenty of room for scope caps. RPR has a 70° bolt throw so bolt handle clearance shouldn't be an issue for you.

MPA BA mount with a Razor 2. Same dimensions as your BTR.

I have used in no particular order, ARC,Burris signature, Badger, and Sekins they all have been problem free.I was just going to list a pair of Burris signature 34m rings for sale if interested p.m. me brand new in box.

Burris Signature XTR rings. 6.5CM RPR/Athlon Ares BTR and a .338LM RPR/Chronos BTR. No problems and no marks.
Are you using the shims to grab more elevation or running them flat? I'm looking at doing a Cronus or Ares ETR/56mms and have XTR Signature rings. Would be grateful to know just how much cant you are running total b/t rail and rings and subsequent clearance. Thanks

I'm just running zero angle on the ring inserts. I'm not going to be shooting farther than either rifle/scope combo will handle with the 20 moa built into the rail on the RPR. I'm able to shoot 1200yds and quite honestly I'm more than satisfied to do that.
