If you look at the above YouTube video, one of the things they're trying to do is disrupt deliveries of supplies to the bar (Food, booze, etc.). Can't run a bar/saloon if you don't have any food etc. to serve your customers.

Furthermore, they might also try to harass the patrons to the saloon as they enter/exit. Now, maybe they could have LE take care of things but I'm sure the left will find a way to exploit LE "harassment" etc.

Lawfare. Depending on the political leanings of the county DA or certain state officials, they can put up potentially significant harassment and even attempt made up incidents and malicious entries on health inspection visit reports just to fuck with them.
