Help W/McMillan Stock Pad

Have this A5 stock and the pad is old, it’s very slippery compared to my new recent production A3 which is more rubbery…. Is it possible to obtain just the actual butt pad (not all the spacers) and replace or does it need to be fitted etc? How difficult to replace?
