I am getting ready to send in paper work on another suppressor using my trust (I am waiting for 2 others now). For the first two, I sent in the proper forms, but with my trust, I sent in the full copy of the trust
and a copy of the amendment form that will list my suppressor. I did not get it notorized before I sent the first two because the suppressor has not been approved yet. My question, is this correct? Or do I need to list the suppressor on the form get it notorized then send that in with all my paper work to be approved?
Thanks for your help. I want to make sure on this one I am correct to minimize wait times.

1. Copy of your notarized trust
2. Schedule "A" : I was told to have something in it, anything really. I put a no.2 pencil as per the inspector I talked to about it. Do not put your other two suppressors on it, unless you get the stamps back prior to this submission. Some will say you do not have to have anything on the Schedule "A" but I had my first one held up because of it.

I have not had the Schedule "A" notarized, only the trust needs to be notarized. All subsequent submissions I included copies of my stamps along with the Schedule "A" which listed them. This I did as per examiner's instructions.

Hope this helps and good luck!

I know this thread is two-and-a-half weeks old, but just in case it helps someone else who finds this thread via the "search function" like I did:

I'm about to be in the same boat: submitting paperwork again after almost two years since the last time.

However, the first time I submitted, the Schedule-A had the pending cans already on it (they were my "no.2 pencil"), and it went fine. The second time, I can't remember if I waited to update my Sched-A before sending off the paperwork...

I will just send my current Sched-A this time, and see how it goes.
Still need a 20.20 for a trust, too, unless that changed...
