Ok, so I've been talking to Jason to see if Hensoldt can come out with the Gen2 MilDot. I had 1 of 2 that made it in the States. Believe those where demos. Made a stupid decision and sold it to a buddy who won't sell it back LOL. Jason emailed Hensoldt to see if there was a slight chance of it actually happening, cause a custom reticle to be put in their spotters would cost a s* ton.
They said they are able to make it happen. All they need is EuroOptic to make the order. The deal is, Jason wants to have 10 dudes committed to make it worth it. Cost would be the same as the the Spotter 45 H32. Same specs. Will only come in Tan.
20% Deposit to lock one in (Not required until after they order them). Special Pre-Order price for 'hide members is $3,900 delivered.
I had the H32 and while its great to give an very accurate 2nd shot correction, I always moved it out of the way when spotting to actually see where the bullet impacted and then brought it back up to the target. Or would get in the way when being an RO or just spotting at matches.
Has .5mil hash marks with dots every mil. Think the reticle is great for spotting and calling corrections even if the closest hash is .5mils, and It's thin enough that you can place it on top of the target and it not being in the way when you see an impact.
Again, need 9 more guys committed (myself counting as 10). ETA would be about 6 months
