My family is wheat/gluten free and it is the best thing we could have done. I have never been overweight, but cutting wheat out of my diet has had nothing but positive effects. Gluten intolerances/allergies create inflammation in the body which causes many health problems including weight gain. If you have the will power, cut out grains. Meat and vegetables for me!
