who you serve? good question but in any human society there WILL be some sort of "rank" structure and some "rules" and some enforcement system. that is unavoidable with any human society. it's a matter of finding the least coercive,exploitative and abusive format. the founders gave it a good shot but only lasted about 80 years and they were forced into compromises that just could not work. screwing it up started before the 19th century. There may very well be a rank structure or hierarchy of some sort. The problem arises when you deem some men more important than others and allow them to make laws enforceable up to and including death while hiring men with guns (LEO) with money deemed legal for them to take at gunpoint via the armed men they hire and control (taxes). Gov’t is forced by terror and violence according to what the men that seek to rule others deem “legal” and appropriate. Thats’s the problem.

I don’t think there is such a thing as a government or “leadership” that does what is right by the people. I do know that any man that promises safety in exchange for liberty is an evil man. To believe otherwise is foolish. This is what gov’t does. The closest thing we have to security is each other. I know this is true considering how hard the men in gov’t try to divide us and keep us from relying on each other. LEO will kill and imprison to keep this from happening. They want neighbors to be strangers.
