Not looking too good for my side atm though.

Re: Heya Mike!

I gotta say, this isn't much of a surprise. I wanted ND to win (or more accurately, Bama to lose), but figured ND was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay overmatched particularly with Bama's running game. That is particularly evident in Bama's current 114 rushing yards halfway through the 2nd quarter when ND has given up an average of 93yds per game on the ground.

I particularly like how some ESPN headlines are "Can ND find an answer?" and similar. Hell no they're not going to find an answer unless Saint Denis (Notre Dame's patron saint) comes back to life, puts his head back on, and plays QB and Safety for the Irish.

Oh well. I just wonder how Mike Golic is going to explain this one away tomorrow morning...

*Now some of you might scoff at Saint Denis being ND's patron saint as you scramble to Wikipedia, but I didn't find it proper to mention the Virgin Mary as there is no way she's involved. Not with how ND is taking it bent over.

The ESPN announcers went to Auburn.

Re: Heya Mike!

The STATE of ALABAMA has won 4 in a row.
I knew what they meant, but they could have said it clearer.

What a beat down.

When your own coach says at halftime that the only way to come back is for the other team to not come out for the 2nd half, it's over.

I saw a post on Facebook that made me laugh: "The only difference between this game and the Bama vs. Missouri game was that tonight it isn't raining".

Re: Heya Mike!

Oh wait, Notre Dame played the 2nd hardest schedule in FBS!!! My ass!! And Oregon? Who is kidding who, they have no defense either. Bama would have smoked Oregon.

Truth is Bama isn't as strong in my opinion as they were last year.

It's another testament to the overall strength of the SEC. The media is so desperate to try and Cinderella anybody into the BCS title that they believe the fantasy.

Some will say SEC teams lost in the Bowls, and they did. I won't defend LSU's play against Clemson other than it was obvious they didn't give a shit about being there. Capital One Bowl?? Really!!

6 to 8 of the 10 players leaving as of now for the draft will be projected 1st round picks. And yes, Les Miles is an asshole!!!

Congrats to Bama!! It's apparent that it will be quite some time before the NCAA sees another Coach like Nick Saban.

Job well done!!!

ND's soft record and soft schedule were exposed tonight big time. </div></div>

Really the best part was the floating camera they have on field now. When you could see the look on the freshman quarterbacks face, eyes big as saucers. You knew he was thinking he had not seen a team like this before. In the second half he pulled it together some. But really the look on his face said it all.
Then ND coach said what he did leaving the field for halftime. Unbelievable.
Can Alabama make it 3 in a row???

Easy Mike... Auburn is easily the most hated team in the SEC.

I think LSU or Florida may give you a run for your money.

By other fans maybe, by the media no way...

It was almost as bad in the NC game last night. The media love affair with ND was ridiculous. Every time they completed a pass in the first half, ND was back in it.

Yes she did. Then what did she do next? Ran right to an ALABAMA football player. I can forgive the one mistake she's made in attending Auburn. Maybe she didn't have the grades to go to Alabama?

When I was accepted to both UA and AU, the requirements were higher at AU. Not sure about now though.
