A seller wont ship them to MD.....are you buying these in TX and shipping them to yourself?

I'm almost 100% that it's 20rds, max. You *might* be able to send parts as in rebuild kits but not an assembled magazine.

You can't ship 30 round mags to MD. A MD resident can go out of state to buy them and bring them in but they can't be shipped in. It makes no sense but thats the way it is.
