Hello from the Colorado Springs area! I've been a longtime lurker here and finally got an account setup, with my brother getting my into long range! I finally pulled the reloading gear back out after it sat boxed up for way too many years.
Current setups for longer range shooting:
Bergara HMR Carbon Wilderness in 6.5cm

APF 30cal Ti Suppressor
bipod - looking (was using one of my brothers ckye-pods)
6x45 AR - self built
18" barrel w/SA adjustable gas block
Vortex Venom 3-15x44
Remington Model 7 in 300 SAUM
Nikon scope
sub 7lbs - elk gun
I got my 6.5 setup this past weekend and with a good spotter/tools we had it shooting 1200 yards in the first dozen shots - always fun to get some distance! Looking forward to the rattlesnake butte shoot in April 2025!
