Highcaliber sales? MK12 mod01

Probably gonna drop the coins for a MK12 mod 01 from Highcaliber sales spent about 1/2 hour with Kevin on the phone yesterday great guy and was more than helpful answering all of my question's!

Anybody have any experience with his upper's as far as fit and finish,accuracy?

What kinda groups can I expect outta this upper?

good for you sir

since you asked , i do not own one, but the man who builds them AJ Brown, used to work for a certain Naval group, which built SEAL Mk12's and other goodies

so if you wanted one as close to the real deal, high caliber sales is it

They are the real deal. Also when you have someone conscientious doing this because they enjoy it, not because they need the money, that is an added bonus.

As an FYI, PRI also makes and sells "real" MK 12 Mod 0s.

Dont mean to highjack the thread but I also ordered the MK12 through highcalibersales and if dealing with Kevin and Alan is anything like the build is, this rifle will be second to none. Both great guys to deal with. Have had quick replies to all the emails, informative suggestions and pricing. Has been a pleasant experience thus far. Cant wait to get my hands on this rifle!

But back to the topic, I am curious to know if anyone has this rifle also?

A word of caution with the Mk12 rifles

I love mine, its the best rifle I have, its not from AJ Brown but from CLE.

Anyhow, do not get in the mindset its a spray and pray rifle. Its easy to do. When you got steel from 0-600yds and its point, bang, ding, bang, ding, bang, bang, bang, ding, ding, ding

You can burn up a barrel in no time.

Its hard to keep from shooting 100, 200rnds a day in the first hour or so

Its that much fun!!!!
