Hodgdon Longshot?

Went looking for Win 231, came home with some longshot. Has anybody got any experience loading it for 9mm?

I'm using WCC 08 brass
FGM SP standard Primers
Rem 124 FMJ's

Any recommendations on powder charge?

It a slower burning powder that will give top velocity with barrel length. If you're using a short barrel 9mm, you might get muzzle flash.
Hodgdon says 5.7 grains for a 125 FMJ. Work up to this.

Definately start low and work up. Longshot (Loudshot) seems to be pretty potent in everything I've tried it in. I'm one grain under listed max in the Hodgdon book and getting over max listed velocity in a 357sig.

Thanks... It's definitely not my first choice in powders but I think I can get a good result if I do my homework.
