I don't think "chasing".
They both share habitat and food. Usually when the pigs arrive, the deer move off. I've seen deer and pigs eating close to each other. Deer will not get too close though. The only thing I've seen a pig chase is another pig. And really never really a chase, but rather an agressive nudge. they are pigs, when it comes to food.
