Holster for rifle bolt

I stated that removing bolts when not firing wouldn't be a bad idea.

The problem is that removing bolts is a bad idea, because it likely leads to people finger-fucking rifles while others are downrange, or pointing the muzzle where it shouldn't be pointed while moving about.

Regardless of the bolt location, I should not be touching said rifle while anyone is downrange, and I need to maintain muzzle discipline while moving about. People that can't figure this stuff out will eventually figure out a way to ignore rules about bolt removal, and then the potential for great bodily harm exists because people are operating under the illusion of safety.
