its about what can be proven and what portion of that proof will effect a change

maybe there are more to come but currently that is the only real evidence that is undisputed and enough volume

Team, this news conference was to lay out the proof e er tone us asking for. If you watch it, and given it’s the future if the free world it’s probably worth a few minutes of your time, you will hear specific case after case of exact detail. In this state, this many votes were dropped in this amount of time. Machine capacity was x, votes submitted were y, it is impossible without SW manipulation. In this county, there are x number of men women and children living, vote totals from that same county are 350% of the living population. Sydney goes into exact detail on the manual vote totals changes, saying they have the exact code evidence to present in court, along with the testimony from multiple dominion employees on how it is done, along with the exact algorithm that was used and the vote data that shows exactly when snd where.

the supreme court will push it back to the individual states because some states are not reporting problems
then the lawsuits will incur about how that particular state did not follow the law, that might make it to the SC on a state by state basis
then back down to the state to another lawsuit to see what ballots if any are rejected or recounted
unless they do a revote in said states i dont see much changing
if a certain county has more votes than registered voters, and one is for biden and one is for trump
unless they go ask that person and require ID (which possibly is not mandatory in that state) its a dead end.

Dominion is shuttering offices and employees deleting social media accounts. If there was nothing to hide this would not be happening. You would think with the capabilities of the letter agencies they would have wind of this. Maybe they do and are complicit. Wouldn't surprise me based on their conduct over the past four years.
They have to show fraud in general - a conspiracy.
I discount the dead voter stuff and place my hope in showing an algorithm in the voting machine.
At minimum SCOTUS would say the fraud was such it violates the integrity of the election and it would be significant to effect the outcome and the remedy would be a new election in the affected areas.
DOJ could than go after the perpetrators assuming they are not tied to the Dem party. It would be interesting to see if the principals of Dominion would take that fall.
If the Dem Party is tied to an organized corruption the remedy could be to reverse the election..
Whats interesting is that Dominion may be an equal opportunity cheater. It was alluded to that perhaps republicans were willing to "pay to win".

I'm reserving comments until we see how this plays out in the courts, or if it will even go there. It's one thing to hold a press conference and claim to have witnesses and signed affidavits, but the real nut cuttin' will take place in the court rooms, again, if it makes it that far.

One ballot per person, IN PERSON BALLOTING ONLY, and after receiving said ballot, one dips their thumb into 'bank dye' to show that they have been given a ballot. Then, right in front of voting scrutineers, said ballot is cast into the box. (after shielded voting, of course)
Once your digit is dipped, get the hell outta there. After a week or so, of heavy scrubbing, then the dye will start to fade.

If that actually happened I bet everyone would be wearing that finger with pride - nobody fucked with my vote this time. Those that didnt vote would probably be looked at like something is seriously wrong with them. Everyone is interested in this outcome at this point.
What would be the point in having the news conference and discussing the affidavits, evidence and litigation if they didn't exist? Those people don't do that kind of stuff for the fun of it. It has to be an means to a result. What result are they trying to obtain by having a false news conference?
What we need is the vote sever put on the court room table. Then at least 3 independent technical analysis to show what they found.

I swear this is how they take over traditionally red districts here in CA and get some bullshit props passed. Some with 125% more votes than registered voters. CA called the election at 8pm sharp before polls even closed. Days later vote tracking showed my ballot wasnt counted and video of people picking up votes the next day from polling drop offs. The game is rigged.
