IF I am correct, I believe the electoral college meets in December, before that the individual states have to certify their results (14 Dec cutoff?) Most states if not all have provisions for court challenges to election results but in order for the state AGs to certify the results any pending lawsuits will have to be adjudicated in that state. If a state's supreme court rules against Trump then he can file an appeal and due to nature of the lawsuit probably request to go straight to US Supreme Court if I read the law correctly. Anyone who has worked in the court system knows you do not reveal your evidence to "JOHN Q PUBLIC" before presenting to the justices at any level. If you want to see a court case get tossed or at the very least have a panel of judges extremely mad at you..Go ahead and discuss actual hard evidence prior to sharing with judges. Now with all that said..IMO if this travesty is allowed to proceed and the courts do nothing then IT IS TIME WE FORM AN ARMADA OF VEHICLES WITH PATRIOTS AND DESCEND ON WASHINGTON DC IN MASS A WEEK PRIOR TO BIDEN'S INAUGURATION, park on and around Capital and WhiteHouse, jam up everything and demand at the very least a new election with in person, id required voting and oh yeah, no vote counting overseas. If that doesn't work then unfortunately we will have only the 2A option and alot of prayer. However, I beg to differ. It's not the Socialist Party, it's the Communist Party. Their policies and actions are far more akin to Bolsheviks than "European socialists" like they espouse.

Secondly, I once saw a guy interviewed on TV from the "Greatest Generation" who said something to the effect that 'we were not...look what we left, we have allowed our children to know a world without sacrifice, full of peace and prosperity, which has led to more liberal views' (something close to this). I think some of what was probably one of the greatest generations (how can the first not truly be?), knew they'd let the generation after have life too easily because they endured such great sacrifice and didn't want their kids to have to live through that. Certainly a middle ground to be found there somewhere.

The fact that too many fake ballots overloaded the algorithm of the program, the program being Dominion, causing it to shut down in multiple states and the fact there was even a projected target number is a fact. The fact that a program designed to rig elections was even used is in itself a fact.

There is also a growing mountain of evidence including witness testimony that would be taken as fact and would get a suspect convicted if it were a murder case. The fact Biden votes counted as 1.25 and Trump votes counted as .75 is a fact.

These are all overwhelming facts that stand on their own merit if one is not a partial judge that is part of the rigged system.
