thought i would throw up some info about my homebrew spr i put together.
dpms a3 reciever
dpms lower
dpms 18" mk12 barrel 1/8 twist
midwest industries ss rifle length forearm
rock river two-stage trigger
magpul miad grip/ctr stock
leatherwood cmr in a pepr mount.
this rifle was a 24" heavy barreled varmiter. i wanted something much handier and lighter that could fill several niches.
i think it does that now. i took it to the range yesterday and zeroed the optic and shot one of my best groups ever with this 4x optic and 1moa aiming point. the weather was not cooperating with blizzard like white out and 10mph winds.
the rifle so far has performed perfectly with my 69gr handloads and some mk262. i really am impressed with the optic so far and has all the features i really wanted. here are some pics
oh and yes it is a 3 round group. sorry, but i was not testing myself just the rifle.
