And the funny thing is.( I'm sure you won't believe this but it is true.) Our elementary /high school library had this as a book you could check out... I learned how to make homeade napalm when I was in 9th grade I believe..... Man those were the good ole days .. We boys used to all take knives to school and were commonplace on belts...I even took a two foot knife to school as a kid for show and tell...Sorry if I hijacked the thread.. It was like memory lane when you meantioned 'Anarchist's Cookbook.'.

Re: homegrown tracer?

okay not sure why tracer brought on a anarchist cookbook comment but...thanx. just figured buying pulled stuff was less field expedient than actually figuring out alternate method for using what is allready on hand. i thought quest for knowledge was what internet was supposed to be about but some it would seem are content using it as a mail order catalog to buy things instead.

Many years ago I got some instructions on making tracer ammo from some guy in Huntington Beach(me thinks), CA. This guy used to run an ad in Shotgun News for years. Give me a couple of days and I'll see if I can find them. There were a few different recipes.
