I was wondering if anyone knows where I could purchase one of these to be used in conjuction with the Hornady/Stoney Point OAL gauge? I emailed Sinclair and they said that they have been waiting for them from Hornady for quite some time. Midway and Brownell's dosen't even list them for sale. I know there are other methods I could try, but I would like to use the gauge if possible.

Sadly, I don't know if they're available anywhere. The gunsmith that chambered my gun made a few (since he wanted one, and knew I would) from my brass, but that's the only time I've seen them.

If someone could tell me the tap size, I'm wanting to make one for my Creedmoor. if I can get the tap, I wouldn't mind tapping you out one.

I think it's a 9/32 drill bit to drill it out... </div></div>

Thanks Wil!

Thanks Wil, for providing the tap size info.

Jrose, if you get a tap and decide to make one, send me a PM and I will get a few pieces of brass and some cash to you to make one for me. Thanks.

Thanks Pete and Fireball for the offer of making a case for me. I don't have any fired cases right now which is why I was trying to purchase one of the Hornady cases. I took Barry's advice and sent an email to the site he recommended. If they have one I will go ahead and get it. But if I don't find one, I will load up some safe rounds to shoot so I will have some fired cases. Thanks to everyone for the help, I will let you guys know what happens.

Pete, I might take you up on that till I can find a tap.... Thank you!

I have a huge tap and die set, and of coarse, it's missing the size I need...

I hope it's not hard to find, not that I'll use it a lot, I'm just a DIY kinda guy...
