I'm generally posting this question to see if anyone actually knows the folks a Horus, and can enlighten us about the situation there...
The Question: Is their product support slow or just plain crappy?
I recently purchased one of their products and this guy "Larry," is basically ignoring me. (I've called and emailed enough that there is no acceptinle accuse for not getting back to me.)
Is this typical?
