For the yard, go to a local stable and get free horse manure. Cover the yard with it and let it sit all winter. It won't stink. Seed in the spring and have a perfect yard by fall.

Looks really good. Congratulations on nearing the end of this nightmare. I’ve never been through a fire, but I’ve been through a flood. I wouldn’t wish anything like this on anybody. Hopefully you can get moved in soon and sleep good at night.
