I had a 50$ 2X Barska on a Ruger Mk III whose turret returned to zero perfectly, and had 90 MOA of up adjustment to it. Had more 200-400 yd. fun with that simple el cheapo setup than anything else i've put on it so far.
Also have a NF 3.5-15 on a Savage Super Striker that i wouldn't put anything else on.
