How much is my gun worth

Bone stock Remington 700 ADL .270 about 300 rounds through it bought it 10 years ago. It is in great condition.

My buddy wants to buy it for the action to build a 6.5x55. I never shoot it anymore so I am willing to let it go. Just wondering what it is worth. Any input is apreciated. I am thinking $500. Is that too much?

I would estimate around 450 bucks.

He wants it for just the action to chuck the stock and barrel. The ADL stock doesn't have much (if any?) resale. The 270 barrel will presumably used to stake tomatoes?

Brownells sells new stripped receivers for about $369.

yea he is my buddy, I will give him a good deal. Just didnt know what to ask for it.

If you're just selling him the action, 325$ish. If you're selling him the barrel etc, 400ish is probably right.
