How to change my avatar?

I don't seem to have the option to change it now. I go to edit avatar and the only option I have is "Do not use avatar".
Not seeing any place to actually change it.

I've also noticed that when people quote others it doesn't encase it or separate it as a quote.

Love the new site just have to get through the growing pains.

I've noticed quotes posted earlier than the upgrade not always being right, but haven't noticed new ones not being right...

I'll take the growing pains for the cleaner look and better features!
I've had to set up forum software before, so I can appreciate what a crapload of work it is!

I will check the settings later and make some changes, it's probably turned off by default for users with less than 100 posts

This was the case for me at first, but magically today I saw that the options were back.

Unfortunately, mine appears to be limited to 50x50, but others on the site are much larger. Not sure why, but maybe I have avatar envy. If this is tied to post count, than the 1300-odd that I used to have will be sorely missed.
