How to install a QD receiver on the REAR of an Oryx chassis?

After doing some research, I purchased an Oryx chassis for my Savage model 12. I already knew that I'd need to add a QD mount to the side of the fore end, but everything I had watched, seen, or read indicated the chassis came with a QD receiver cup installed on both sides of the butt stock. When my chassis arrived, it did not have one so now I'm stuck cobbling something together for it. I contacted MTD through their website and never received a response. So here I am begging for suggestions so I have a decent way to pack my rifle across the prairie next month while laying waste to some pdogs.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions,
Mark

Did anyone find a solution to this? I have an arca rail on the front, so need to figure out front and rear sling mounts. This seems like a pretty big oversight by MDT (and me for purchasing this chassis without realizing).

How much room is there behind the plastic side panels? Maybe try these if you think the panels are sturdy enough:

There's also some threaded QD sockets on the site if you can drill and tap the aluminum back-bone.
