Exactly. Out training with it at your local range? Someone will call the cops and turn you in. Cop rolls up and busts you, you going to jail. Even if you don’t get caught at the range say you get pulled over on your way home, boom busted with an illegal weapon, your going to jail and at that time they will search and remove any other firearms you have. Own your own land that’s fine until someone calls and reports shooting and the cops show up still and boom you busted. Only way around it is if you live on like 20,000 acres which most people don’t. Your only option would be to not use it. And I’m sorry but a tool that you cannot use is effectively banned. That’s why we got to head this shit off now.
Ding ding ding. We have a winner. If you think they can’t find out through various means of habits, postings, mailings, mag subscriptions and so forth you’d be naive. It may take some time but would be easy. And if you are like me and many other NFA owners they already got you. Chances are if you own an NFA item then you own an AR type gun of some sort, most likely multiples. My only saving grace is that my state does not require any background check or FFL or any paperwork for any kind of face to face sale. Obviously, thisvwould exclude any NFA stuff but for reg Arms nothing is required. So, I could argue that I sold them but they are going to come in and check on my nfa stuff anyways and see them unless I get wind of it early and store them offsite.
Exactly! And I love all these guys in social media saying some crap about civil war. There isn’t going to be no damn civil war. If they want them they will get them.
Ponder this, let’s say they do enact all this BS. You want to fight and cause a civil war or whatever. How exactly are you going to mobilize? How are you going to find out who your enemy is? There isn’t going to be clearly defined lines like north vs south or people wearing uniforms etc. so who you going to be shooting at? See where I’m going here? Unless all of a sudden everyone was your enemy. See how far you get there lol.
The only way this works is that literally states stand against it and you join the local state militia, national guard and so on with sheriffs and police and make a state wide stand. The more states unified the better but you got to have local LE onboard which may or may not be the case. In the end, whether something should be banned or not is really a states issue, just like pot is illegal federally but there are many states like CO that have legalized it. It’s either that or we all find a way to mobilize, train together and march on WA in force, like for real with some stupid large numbers. There is very few options here. The gov has the upper hand far and above. They have been building towards this goal and setting up the infrastructure to make shit like this happen for years. I hate to say it gents, but unless something seriously changes. Guns will most likely disappear within my generation, or within the next 40-50 years. The time to resist has long passed.
