HPA reintroduced 01/03/2019

Hi,

And just like that....Repub civilians forgot all about bump stock bans.......

This is nothing more than Politics playing Politics....they have to divert the story away from the REAL one and that REAL one is that there is not 1 Repub Politician that stood up to TRUMP'et and his bump stock ban.

Sincerely,
Theis

I find it funny that in many of these socialist taxholes the Democrats worship you can go into a shop and buy a suppressor over the counter.

This guy is a dick.....as well as his other useless “comrades”.
Didn’t do crap for 2 years when they literally had all the control they could possibly need and now on day one of the new Congress, when he KNOWS he doesn’t have the votes, he introduces the bill. The NFA should be abolished altogether. “You cannot have that......unless you give me $200.” The NFA is literally the definition of extortion.

All this bag-eater wants is a talking point. Something to rail against on tv when he gets his slot. Something to keep his rating with the NRA.

He is no different from the bastards that voted umpteen times to repeal Obamacare, then cried that they “needed both chambers of Congress to get this done for the American people”. We the voters give them both the House and the Senate. Then they cried and said, “Both chambers are not enough. We need the White House to avoid the veto from that evil Obama.” We the voters give them the White House. Now for two full, long years they cannot do anything because they “don’t have enough seats (filibuster-proof) in both chambers of Congress”.

These guys make me sick. I hope they all catch the clap and die. Eat my bag you worthless pieces of crap.

It should be evident to everyone what this little stunt is.

Next mass shooting where......

The last two times the HPA/SHARE whatever has gotten close some shit bag goes and shoots something up, the Congressional softball game, Vegas....... This is one large reason it keeps stalling.

I know that we're not supposed to type things out, so ...

... I'm going to say it anyway. Imagine an MCI with something threaded and cylindrical thrown in that we've never seen before.

Get the picture? Imagine the hysteria. I'm just waiting for it, frankly.

Won't get passed. The $200 stamp is an extra handout to the government. Abolish the ENTIRE NFA on a federal level and then that will catch my interest. The Second Amendment is suppose to apply to the entire country and not just specific states.

Got a dog in the fight, huh?

Fuck all the govt and every politician....2 years and nothing when they had ALL the control. REMEMBER THAT AT ELECTION TIME AND VOTE THEM OUT.

You think your vote still counts? How sweet. It’s been discussed several times what needs to happen. I still say everyone move to one or two states preferably where they can’t blockade with ease and we do what we want and tell them to fuck off. Start our own country or really just a continuation of a true America!

Actually, my vote counts as a fraction since we use electronic voting machines....I do not know how many tenths go which direction. I do not re-elect anyone...ever. Its all a sham really, but I always encourage everyone to at least vote.

I would like to get some politicians together and shoot my 338LM with them setting beside it with no ears on tho. 5 whole rounds would bring tears to my eyes.

We're past that.

Vote them out for who? It's a choice between people who want to screw you slowly or people who are overtly wanting to come and get shot in the face while trying to invade your property.

We currently have the screwing you slowly crowd; whats the alternative as far as voting?

What is truly funny is the number of gun owners who actually believed that this was ever going to pass. What is even more hilarious is the number of people that didn't fight 41f in favor of the hearing protection act which was never going to pass.

It's sad that HPA never had a chance it's a travesty that the NFA has been allowed to exist.

The fact is that we are going to be damned lucky to have standard capacity magazines and AR15s in 4 years. Better hope Ginsburg goes fast

Won’t make any difference. USSC is no longer in favor of the rule of law or the Constitution. They cater to whoever pays the best and makes the most noise, it’s as simple as that.

Who cares. You think that’s got a chance in hell at passing? If we couldn’t do it with control of every aspect of government it sure as hell ain’t going to pass now.
"Oh, but this time it will different. Rinos like McStain, Flake and Ryan are gone, right ? New people, new faces, we're gonna get it done this time !"......
Did you hear that the Feds are getting ready to go out and arrest Billary ?

Sarc/off, on, off, on, off, on, off..........................

Now that they are 100% sure it will never get passed, watch our stupid lying Republicans suddenly be calling us asking for more money saying they are trying so hard to get the HPA passed for us and if we just give them more money......

Exactly like all the phone calls I used to get from the Republican party all the time saying how many times they had voted clean to repeal obamacare & if they only got more money and got in power they would take care of it..... right till they had all the power then.... oh we have to save it...

Lying Pukes.

The Rs in the house and senate are a waist of skin. They are an embarrassment. 2 years of full control and nothing has been done. We still have abomination care to boot.

Hillary Clinton got Trump elected. When choice for POTUS is evil incarnate, a woman who is hell-bent on ending you and your way of life, or a slower moving cancer in a Republican candidate (Trump), enough chose the latter and here we are today.

I wouldn't hold my breathe waiting on it to go through. I hope it does, but I wouldn't count on it.

NFA keeps 'em out of the hands of most since you have to jump through all the hoops, etc. I'd hate to see 'em start to be used in every shooting, which is what will happen if it does pass. Just something to think about, ponder on.

Well with that line of thinking we might as well register everything. You know "if it saves just one life".
There is no evidence that they will be used in crimes. That is just an assumption.
Anyone remember 55mph speed limits? They were originally done for MPG.
But in the 90's when people were saying "WTF THAT IS TO DAMN SLOW". people opposed to raising the speed limit claimed from the highest mountain tops that the highways would be filled with dead bodies. Well 25 years later we have 75-80mph through almost the entire state (few miles through SLC are 70) and freeway deaths did not rise, I am pretty sure they are lower.
Same thing with the sunset of the AWB, it has been 15 years since that happened and day to day life has never been safer in the last 60 years in USA.

I will expand on my analogy above. First UHP was the most against raising the speed limits. Why do you think that is? To save lives? I doubt it, I think it was about $$$$$ from speeding citations.
When speed limits where rasied here they were raised slowly, 5mph in most areas. Then studied for 2-5 years and rasied again when deaths did not rise. 80mph was started in the middle of fucking nowhere with about a 15 mile section and was monitored heavily. It was expanded slowly from there and is now the norm outside city limits of a population over 50k. Which it then lowered to 75 or 70.
They did raise speeding fines also. 15 over 30 years ago was about $25 now 10 mph over is pushing $200 (ask me how I know)
I always look at that as getting something back that was taken away.
So they could follow the same path. Suppressors could stay on NFA, still pay $200 but be able to walk out the store with it the same day. Monitor it, raise punishment for use in a crime. If no statistical change relax the law a little more.
People accept small change easier than big change.

On a more serious note, does the bill have to be reintroduced after a certain amount of time ? Or did they just amend it a bit to look like the fake cool gun guy standing up for our rights ?

I still say fuck him and all his cronies. Reelect no one needs to be the motto for 2020.

So 2 years of republican house, senate and presidency. No HPA because reasons.

The day the democrats take the house the HPA is magically reintroduced with an obvious no chance of passing a house full of hurt feelings liberals with an agenda.

If you think any of them are on our/your side, think again. It's all bullshit.

This was exactly the thoughts I had as well.
