Hunting & Fishing Hunting load work up for 7wsm

off a set of sand bags and shooting the 168gr. VLD at 2960 avg.

Gun is a Christensen Arms 7wsm with a 4-16 pst and talley low rings (super close to the gun)

Load number three and rock on. I like how it has no vertical and point of impact is the same as a .5 grain higher and lower.

...Ya its the 168gr. VLD hunting bullet set out as far as I can get it in the SA... Im doing another test at 7500ft from 60.0-60.5 in 10th gr. steps to fine tune it. Hope it dont change much!

This doe was shot at 422yds with a 168gr VLD from a 7WSM. I'd say it did a fine job.
