Hi Everyone, my first use of Snipers Hide was to reply about An ARC scope mount because it called for 55 inch lbs of torque. Well I listened and did it. This mount has been a dream with 60 MOA cant on a LWRC REPR 30. It took 700 yards before I actually used the Up part of reticle

I was at Coleman’s Creek from 2/25 to 2/28 and ran this 308 on every 100 yard target from 500 to 1270 yards. It was a windy week so I switched to the 50 BMG. What a chance. I have 7-35 ATACR on both. So on the 27th, I focused on the 1270 target with the 50 and learned the wind much better than my home range of 500 yards.
On the 28th I went to the mile range and put the 1st shot at 59.5 MOA and purposely short to get the wind. Guess what, NO EFFECT FROM WIND. The windage was right on. Second shot 61 MOA and BINGO BULLSEYE!!!! It’s videoed and I packed up and went home from exhaustion of the first 3 days.
