My morning started bright and early. I rolled my grandson[14 years old] out of the sack and we went out to shoot 1000 yd steel with my partner in crime.
I stayed on the spotting scope and they alternated shots at a tomato juice bottle full of water with food dye hung in front of a 18'X24' plate with fresh white paint.
Both had first shots just off of the plate then they dialed in.
Partner in crime got the first hit in the upper part of the bottle and left it 1/2 full then 2 shots later the grandson hit what was left and emptied the bottle.
Bottle is 64 Fl. Oz. He then put 2 shots on the 20" round target and we then called it a day and drove down to paint and do a postmortem on the bottle.
Grandson's hit just barely cut the bottle and the thing was drained out by my partner in crimes shot, just leaked slow but a hit none the less, so it counts as far as I am concerned.
Off to the farm to the garden then and picked a peck of peppers and are cracking them now and putting them away for winter.
I hope ALL of you have as good a day as I have had. Regards, Foul Mike
