Some Alabama Black snake would kill the fucker if they did a Burklake on his ass.
I think he'd quit thinking about being a cunt after that and go more into survival mode

Idaho, coming in at 49th worst for school financing, wants to fund cosmetic surgery for felons? At least the governor held his hand up.

Oregon is more contagious than I thought! Next thing we know the Pacific Ocean will want to be topsoil.

I work at a prison, and this is basically the way the entire nation is going. In the Olden Days, if a criminal came in to prison, and was receiving hormone therapy before they were incarcerated the State would continue the hormone therapy. Today, the inmate can ask for a sex change, then, go before a board of psych docs and such, and if they determine its a need, the state will pay for the full sex transition!

Somebody can just crack this fucker's head open with a weight from the gym. Sex change via reincarnation, that is the only way this should be done...

What is even worse about this trend is that the libtards would like to jail people like us (with guns) and put them in the same place as this piece of human excrement.

Be thankful that some of us aren't in the same cell with it. I feel sorry for the people that are wrongfully incarcerated.

Story says its tried to self emulate a couple times...just leave a piee of sharp glass where it can find it and it can do its own surgery.

It bothers me that all of the news headlines I found on this story indicate that the governor is trying to stop the procedure. Of course this is misleading and his position is simply that the state should not pay for it.

While I, and most of us here, have significant differences of principle with much of the 9th, this is not one of those times. I would say there is no principled argument at all on the part of those arriving at this decision. The ruling is born of a desire for control. If they did in fact hold that within the the meaning of a right was the duty of the state to fund that right then they would agree that the state should be buying everyone guns. I am not missing the counter that they might say that 2A is not an individual right, the reductio ad abusrdum is too easy.

The ruling is, in part, an attempt to control the power of the purse from the bench. That is a frightening power play.

    Yep.

Frankly, I could give a shit if it gets the operation I just dont want to be FORCED to pay for it.

Since the judge ruled in favor, let him pay for it.
