My Wife and I voted today. It was a great experience. She wasn't able to do the long handicap ramp so I explained the current situation. They grabbed a ballet, pen and a clip board and took the ballet out to her in the car. One election worker and a County Clerk. They waited patiently on the sidewalk and let her fill out the ballet. I came out and thanked them after I voted. After she filled it out, they asked me to follow them in and watch them run the ballet to make sure it was counted. We are pretty rural so there is that.

I voted last week. I also volunteered to be a poll worker. I assume not all poll workers are "Sierra Club" members. I KNOW all of them are following the same rules, and enforcing them the same way to the same throng of voters. The group I trained with had a very wide ranging mix of different political positions.

The people working the polls are performing a civic duty. I will be working 15 hours on voting day, I do hope I don't meet very many folks like your guy.

Early Voting started in Florida, yesterday. I'll go this Thurs. I don't have a huge concern about fraud in FL, but I do in the Swing States. I don't think they've done enough to protect from fraud (ballot stuffing, dominion corp machines, etc., Dum-o-crat election officials, etc.). These creeps won't stop. We have to be just as diligent with them. They check ID's in my FL district office location every vote. The ballot is then printed on the spot. It's how they can do "early voting" and still let people from different districts vote at their polling place.

My machine completely missed page 2 of all the state reps and judges, Wife's machine missed Page 3. The only way I knew was at the summary page(s) review. I had all these "not voted" selections. WTF???

I caught wife before she finished and in her review she she saw she was missing all the last of the state people and all the bond proposals.

I complained (loudly) that there are machine issues. The election judge got me on the phone with someone at the election board(?) in Ft Bend CO, TX.

His response was "It was my fault". Must have hit next twice. BS!! I was very careful going through the ballet and my wife goes through the ballot like molasses in winter. Takes her 2x as long to vote.

My ballot was canceled after the discussion (it had not been read into the machine). I was given another ballot to vote.

CHECK you ballot if you have the ability!! Urge others to do the same!!!!

Yeah, Dana Loesch relayed a story today where a Tarrant County Voter complained that the machine let him choose Donald Trump on the screen, but when he went to print the paper, it was changed to Kamala Harris. Thankfully, he got it corrected after 3 attempts. The Tarrant County Board of Elections (republican Based) claims it was just a minor glitch happening to 1 out of 58,000 voters. (well, the one who noticed and reported it anyway). CHECK YOUR BALLOT RECEIPTS!

Where I live, we mark our paper ballots with circles and then put them through the machine for scanning/counting, The paper ballot is stored as a backup.

I was then given a ballot that I had to initial saying it was the correct ballot in the correct district. There were no Dominion machines, but they were using these white "ExpressVote" computers.

Who knows what happens once the vote goes into the machines, but the vetting process was comforting.

Same process here in Arkansas. Didn’t see any other races (ie: Hispanics ) there , hope they had to go through the same procedure ? My 100% now US citizen friend from India , wanted them to have the thumb in ink routine to show you voted , but that ain’t happening here. Not a bad idea imo !?

We have always had the ID requirement as well. This is just the first time I saw them actually verify that the signature matches and also have you initial paperwork that you received the correct ballot. I know I have signed something in the past, but the poll worker never pulled out my ID and compared them right on the spot like that.

Same thing here for registration cards. They didn't even ask for it.

Correct. In my district, it's how they're able to print the ballot accurately and on the spot, for your district and the people for whom you should be voting, regardless of which polling place you go to for "early voting." If you don't make it to early voting and choose to vote on election day itself, you must vote at the location designated on your voter registration card. That's probably where they're sending the pre-printed ballots.
