I want a new hunting bolt gun

The bottom of the fore end had about .060" crown where the parting line of the injection mold came together so a couple of minutes for setting up in the vertical milling machine and another couple of minutes with a 3/4" end mill made a sufficient flat spot for the Area 419 Pic Rail / Flush Cup mount. Epoxied the treaded inserts into the stock for the pic rail ( McMaster-Carr to the rescue for the button head allen screws ), installed the Noveske the Flush Cup at the rear of the stock and it was ready for paint.
The OEM trigger got a lighter spring so the trigger is about as good as a Tikka single stage now.

The stock sounded a little hollow so a couple of shots from can of Great Stuff Foam was applied the the rear cavity of the stock to quiet it down a bit.

A Vortex Viper PST Gen II 5-25X50 was mounted in MDT Rings was robbed from a different rifle and a 20 MOA Browning Pic Rail ( Again Thanks to @Darryle ) was installed to hold the optic to the reciever.
Suppressor muzzle device is Griffin Armament Paladin taper mount,

Now for the Money Shots:

I'm ready to torque everything and laser bore sight it for a trip to the range to see how it shoots.
Deer Season in Alabama Zone C open on Saturday the 23rd, I have my 16" Grendel AR to shoot as a back up if need be.

I'm looking for a new bolt gun in .308 for deer hunting out of blinds or deer stands in central Alabama with a max shot distance of about 300 yards.
Looking for an 18" -20" Barrel - Prefer a 1-10" rifling twist rate - not a drop dead "Must Have"
Muzzle Threads 5/8" -24 - I have suppressors to use on this rifle and have mounts
Synthetic Stock - adjustable comb height is a definite plus
I want something fairly nice - no Savage's and I'm hesitant for a Gen II Ruger American - the stock is ugly and the bolt sounds like zipper when you run it.
I want to be into the rifle less than about $ 1200.00
I'm a Tikka guy, but there is nothing in the US Catalog that jumped out at me with those specs and I didn't want to have a barrel turned and switch barrels around on the actions I have.
Grabbing a complete rifle is vastly more convenient and conserves time and ammo.
The Bergara Wilderness Sierra B14S801 seems to be tailor made to those specs + Standard Sling Studs & Fluted Barrel @ 7.4 Lbs.
The Bergara Wilderness Terrain B14S651 is almost the same as the Sierra, but is AICS Mag compatible and has a Mini Chassis Stock with Flush Cups and sling studs in the fore end @ 8.9 Lbs.
Both of these are within my budget, with the Wilderness Terrain about $ 120.00 more than the Sierra

Are there other rifles I should look at with these specs in this price range ?
.

Tikka UPR is an incredible rifle. It is a CTR barreled action in a stock that I much prefer for hunting over the KRG Bravo chassis. It's not going to be light. Mine is approximately 11 lbs rigged out but for stationary stand, box blind hunting here in TN, its a killer.

The UPR and the Super Varmint were my final two in selecting my range rifle. Went with the SV primarily due to looks. I agree that both are too heavy for lug around hunting rifles. JMHO. I also agree that both would make terrific blind/ stand guns, though.
