Ideal suppressors that use 1.375-24 HUB for long range shooting?

I know TBAC seems to be the most commonly recommended suppressor brand for long range shooting, but my preference is for a can that has the HUB/1.375-24 threading. Are there any cans with this threading that have the same regard for precision as the TBAC cans? Weight really isn't a concern nor is length.

I can’t comment from direct experience but I just bought one and it arrived at my LGS. Now the wait begins again.

I don't own any Tbac because of not having the Hub ability when I got my .30 cal cans. Now that they've started to do that with the Magnus, I will definitely be looking at Tbac when it's time to get another, as I love all tbac stuff I have, and I particularly like how active they are here, that matters to me.

That said, the Nomad is an excellent can and I've shot mine at distance and put many tiny groups down with it. That's with me taking it on and off using the yhm qd break. Never any issue and it's quiet. Highly recommend.

I'm also very happy with my R6 for my 223 ,and I've shot the R30 and it's a very good can as well.

Magnus, Nomad, or R30 would be the 3 I'd look at really hard, depending on what your other wants/concerns are.

Do you handload? I ask because I think most any can will work just fine if you can tune the load to it. If you’re taking it on/off and repeatability is an issue, use something with a taper mount. My Rex MG7 with Griffin taper mounts will do 1/2” groups on my 6.5CM if I do my part. I just bring that up because it’s not usually thought of as a long range can, but does just fine for my uses.

Top 3 options...

Otter Creek Labs Hydrogen-L
Dead Air Nomad-LT
TBAC Magnus HUB

These 3 threads might could be of some help... I have lots of video comparisons on my YouTube channel, as well.

I’m really digging my R30K from KGM. Works excellent on my ARs and my precisions rifles. Because it’s a much smaller can it is louder than my 9” thunderbeast but works excellent for match shooting and hunting. It is too loud for me to shoot more than a handful without ears but I wear ears even when shooting my thunderbeast.

And for me, I really like the thunderbeast CB mount system so I only care about the HUB thread on other cans because I am converting them to the CB mount system.

What would make the Nomad LT better than the Nomad L for long range shooting besides the 161 grams difference in weight?

They are the same exact suppressor, just one is titanium, and one is stainless steel. The Nomad-LT is a better precision rifle & hunting suppressor, because it is significantly lighter weight (my opinion).

I would give a serious look to the Otter Creek Labs Hydrogen-L 7.62 suppressor. Right now, Charlie’s Custom Clones is blowing them out for about 1/2 of what the TBAC Magnus HUB is, and about $400 cheaper than a Nomad-LT.

Thanks! Pewscience shows the Hydrogen-L is very quiet, any idea how much louder the hydrogen-S is in comparison? I thought I saw one of your videos testing it on 6.5 where you found the H-S was 7 dB louder. If that translates over to 308 calibers, that would put the H-S about the same as the Omega 300 and many other .308 suppressors.
What would make the Hydrogen-L or S more appropriate for precision shooting (not hunting)?

They would do just fine for both precision shooting and hunting. As a matter of fact, my Hydrogen-L is my dedicated hunting suppressor for my 3 main hunting rifles. And my Nomad-LT is my main suppressor for my long range hunting & target rifles. They’re both equal in performance.
