    So Scout still has not taken down the SH site, despite having an agreement signed to the contrary

    If you got an email from Scout offering you an April Deal on a Premium Membership, post it here for me

    Seeing how they chose not to pay me for January, February, etc, and here were are in April with a Termination Agreement in Place, I may want to annoy them some

    I have emailed their Attorney and he is "looking into it" of course,

    But want some ammo ... to me this breaches so maybe it is worth getting a lawyer and chasing them for January, February, March and April as that would make it worth my while

    This is total Bullshit .... the site was supposed to be off Scout 30 days after the agreement was signed, it's past that and here they are still scamming people.

    Especially given that if you sign up, you don't get refunded for their own fuck up.

    One would hope anyone who would actually be interested in a Hide membership would also know it's no longer on Scout. In reality though, I know shit happens.

    I didn't get one though. Hmm, maybe it was me suggesting the Cleveland Steamer thread as a parting gift to CBS.

    I received it twice, first time on 17 April. I actually was trying to figure out how to do it on this site and couldn't figure out how to enter the promo code when checking out. I came to this thread to see if there was discussion on the promo code and realized it was from the scout site and not SH-Actual

    And if you do give them money, they will refuse to refund you and try to keep charging your credit card again and again.
    You'll pretty much have to file fraud complaints with your credit card issuer & work through that.
    They didn't even have my correct card information and they went and called up the credit card company to say they had a valid signed subscription agreement and could they please have the new card number (apparently some credit card companies actually will give it out without even asking you).

    It's just redistribution of wealth... c'mon guys, they are taking your money and putting it in the hands of CBS executives who will use it to fund Georgia Indy Film-makers Congressional bids. You should be happy to contribute! Bernie would be proud!

    Seems like it's shaping into a class-action suit to me... if they won't turn off the subscriptions and keep charging cards on a defunct site... while having signed an agreement to turn off the site and stop taking money... we have lots of 'harmed' parties in this. Not just LL.

    Well, if I were you and I was in this situation, I would encourage all the members here to sign up for their discounted rate. Then I would raise the price for premium membership here to $1,500 per month. Then get Graham to come back and insutit a class action suit to make scout provide axcess to the Training they sold. Nine month times $1,500 is $18,000. So if a thousand members signed up that would be a quick 18,000,000 for you and Graham to split.
