My list is at least a page and a half long and growing. Why would you limit yourself to a single rifle? Might as well add a few containers of ammo and a few thousand acres to shoot on.

i wouldn't be buying any rifles. i would have a new haas tl1 in the shop and spitting out a few barreled actions a day though
edit: i think i would actually be buying my chunk of land backing against forest service land, building a small house and a big bad ass shop. in that shop there would be a edm, vmc, turning center, surface grinder, manual tool room lathe, cnc/manual tool room lathe, manual knee mill....
i wouldn't be buying any rifles. i would have a new haas tl1 in the shop and spitting out a few barreled actions a day though

I would get a .408 cheytac with all the goodies (silencer, computer, top of the line optics), and I would call GAP and get an M24 in 300 win mag and an M40a5 in 762x51. I would also get into full auto...my list includes an m16, MP5SD5, and something belt fed...maybe an MG42 or an M60.
Of course i would buy all the ammo I could store and a few thousand acres of land so that I could set up my own 2000 yard range.

First thing to do is HIRE someone to go to work and tell them I quit.
Buy property large enough to get lost on. Build large house. Build large storage building. Say 100 feet by 100 feet. Build a forklift capable safe inside building.
Buy 18 wheeler and go ammo shopping. Back truck up to the loading doors at Winchester ammo company and yell "Fill'er up!!"
Have to go to my local gunshop and close it down for the day. Give them a list of what I wanted to order. And just wait for everything to show up.
That would get things started.

Powerball?? Well I dont play if its not over 150m, first I'd invest part of it. THEN i'd buy a good chunk of land and a place for on it. AFTER that was taken care of THEN I would think about my custom rifle. What I have now works well...but thats just my .02 slightly off topic

I would also get some sort of .375/.408 cheytac maybe a EDM also with a USO 35mm sn3 5x25 with MDMOA reticle.
As long as were at it I could make room in the safe for the new Remington MSR in .338 LM with every thing listed above for optics and stuff.
Then I would need some gas guns. Ide start with a POF p308-20-mmr SPR with a USO sn3 1.8x10 with MOA reticle (I have a tough time with MILs)
After shooting a SCAR 16 last week I would have to have one of those to make mine the 10.5" bbl with a Aimpiont compm3.
Of course I would need night vision for all these but I dont know a whole lot about night vision I would leave that open to suggestion.

Rifle? You're thinking way too small! I'd buy my own shooting range out back, with a firing position from the house and lots of reloading benches in an air conditioned shop. Which rifle? My own... I would construct a gunsmithing shop, hire George Garder as my instructor, and learn how to build my own.

Savage action,fluted/trued/timed/jeweled/etc, either 22-250 or .243, 2 oz adjustable match trigger, fluted bull barrel, synthetic stock (McMillan maybe), a nice scope(maybe NightForce),custom paint job on all of it except the bolt (something between predator brush and RealTree AP hardwood).
My custom gun would still be affordable lol...but I'm easy to please.
