Ignore Feature?

I'm just curious, but what is going on with the "ignore" feature? I have just had to enter in a particular individual's screen-name in for the 3rd time since the 'Hide has come back home, here.

Who keeps on 'clearing' it, and/or why does this happen? There's only one whom I've had on ignore for years, and when it's working,,, everything is fine. But then it gets changed,,,,,,,

This version of vB is not that great and is being updated a lot more frequently. We just did a big double update last night that has fixed some issues so give it a try. (The theme looks different because I broke some formatting.)

Unfortunately, I should have stuck with version 4.3 and just tried re-installing it. But the hacks from back in the day before the move to scout damaged that version pretty bad so I felt upgrading was worth it. The only saving grace is they are supporting this version and updating it on a regular basis. There is still years of clutter on the server side of things, but we are slowly fixing the issues. The bitch is, this version using modules which tend to break every time we update and modules are usually aftermarket and require a bunch of extra work.

Just signed a new deal to work on the site in a big way, they are starting on the home page side of things but will be addressing the forum as they move forward.

As stated in my 'recent'er' thread, (I forgot about this one...) the ignore issue is happening again. That, and I keep getting the message of "inform administrator blah blah blah".

Or is there a way of still making posts stop flashing/jigging every time, and just make them static as opposed to dynamic? Epileptic and/or Seizing minds want to know?
